Description
One-time setup fee for clients onboarding a new CRM platform. Covers the foundational configuration work required before ongoing CRM Care Plan support begins. This service applies to new CRM setups only and does not include restructuring or migration of existing CRM systems.
What’s included:
- Discovery session to map your sales process, lead sources, and stages
- New CRM platform setup and configuration
- Custom pipeline build with stages aligned to your sales process
- Lead capture form integration (website forms, landing pages, ad platforms)
- Automation build for lead routing, follow-up sequences, and stage triggers
- Integration with email, calendar, and connected tools
- User setup and permissions configuration
- Pre-launch QA before going live
CRM platform licensing is not included in this setup fee and remains the client’s responsibility throughout the engagement. This is a one-time setup fee. Ongoing maintenance is covered separately under the CRM Care Plan subscription, which also does not include CRM platform licensing costs.
Delivered per active Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at engagement.
