One-time onboarding fee paid by clients before we begin building their 5-page website. Covers the strategic planning, project initiation, and backend configuration work required to get everything in place before design and development begin.
What’s included:
- Discovery session to align on goals, target audience, and business objectives
- Competitor and reference site research
- Sitemap and page structure planning across all 5 pages (Home, Services, About, Contact, FAQ)
- Copy outlines and content requirements for each page
- Asset request from client (logos, brand colors, photography, testimonials, service details)
- Project timeline and milestone schedule
- Hosting environment review and backend configuration setup
- Kickoff call to walk through the plan before build begins
This setup fee is required for both the 5-Page Site MTM and 5-Page Website One-Time Payment options. It does not include the website itself or any rights to the finished work. The fee covers the work required to initiate the project, gather requirements, and configure the backend environment so the build can begin. Site ownership and delivery terms are covered separately under the selected payment option.
Setup is completed within 10 business days of payment and receipt of required client assets.
Delivered per active Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at engagement.
