Monthly management of one paid advertising platform (Meta or Google) with consistent strategy, daily oversight, and ongoing performance optimization. Available to clients launching on a new ad platform or transitioning an existing ad account to agency management. Built for businesses ready to scale spend, expand audiences, and test new creative.

- Strategy session to align on campaign goals, target audience, and offer positioning

- Daily monitoring, budget pacing, and ongoing performance adjustments

- Management of up to $5,000 in monthly ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the ad platform and is not included in this management fee.
How overages work:
If your actual ad spend exceeds the $5,000 monthly management cap, the overage is billed at a 15% management fee on the amount above the cap. Example: $6,500 in ad spend = ($6,500 − $5,000) × 15% = $225 overage management fee. Overage charges are calculated at month-end based on platform-reported ad spend and added to your following month’s invoice as a separate line item. You will receive a notification with the calculation breakdown before the charge is processed.
Performance disclaimer:
Paid advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside of agency control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, creative performance, and competitor activity. No specific results, including leads, sales, conversions, return on ad spend, or revenue outcomes, are guaranteed. The only outcome guaranteed under this service is the delivery of paid impressions through the contracted ad platform once campaigns are live and funded.
Engagement terms:
This service requires a 3-month minimum commitment to allow time for campaign optimization, audience learning, and meaningful performance data. After the initial 3-month period, the service continues month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice.
Client is responsible for all ad platform billing and ad spend costs throughout the engagement. Delivered per active Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed at engagement.
